Guidelines and Conditions

 
All walkers must accept these guidelines and conditions
 
The walk will start at One Marchmont Business Park, Douglas Centre, 1 Marchmont Crescent, Buckie. AB56 4BT.   Parking is available at the Drifter Car Park.  A bus will take you to the start of the walk proper in Portsoy or Cullen, leaving between 8.30 and 9.00am. You may prefer to make your own way to Portsoy or Cullen in time to start the walk at 9.30am.
 
Late April can be wet, windy or sunny!  Please make sure you and your party have strong footwear, anoraks, sunscreen and water as necessary.  Please be aware that in some places, the coastal path is narrow with steep slopes. 
 
In registering for the walk you are accepting responsibility for all entrants listed on your registration. You will be indicating that person/s listed on this form are physically able to undertake this walk.  You will not hold the organisers or their associates liable for any accidents, loss or damage as a consequence of participation in the Six Harbour Walk.   Children under 16 must be accompanied by parent, carer or teacher/youth leader.  Group leaders must read the Group Guidelines.
 
Refreshments should be available to purchase at a number of locations on the route, and will be available at the end. Here you will also be given your badge.  Photographs may be taken during the walk and we may put a short video of the walk on YouTube.
 
 
The Six Harbour Walk passes public toilets in all the villages except Portknockie.
 
Portsoy - Public toilets at the harbour
Sandend - Public toilets beside the checkpoint at the end of the beach
Cullen - At Cullen Sea School
Cullen - Public toilets immediately as you reach the harbour.
Findochty - Public toilets just past the Admirals Inn
